The School of Engineering at the American University in Dubai invites qualified applicants for the position of Assistant/Associate Professor of Computer Engineering in the area of artificial intelligence to begin teaching in Fall 2024.
The successful candidate will have:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering.
- Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, or a closely related field from a Western accredited institution at the time of appointment.
- A track record of teaching and research in one or more of the specified areas. Industrial experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
The School of Engineering at AUD offers ABET-accredited undergraduate programs leading to Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil, Computer, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering, and a Master’s program in Construction Management. The compensation package for this position is competitive and is based on the expatriate model.
