The School of Arts and Sciences at the American University in Dubai is currently accepting applications for part-time Adjunct Instructor to begin teaching in Fall 2024. The area of specialization is Computer Science.

The successful candidate will have:

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field from a western accredited institution of higher education is required. Solid teaching experience at the university level (preferably at a western university) and a record of professional achievement teaching Computer Science is necessary.
• The area of specialization is Computer Science (problem solving and basic algorithm design).
• Ability to demonstrate significant potential and promise of teaching effectiveness.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills.

Successful candidates will need to provide original academic transcripts.

The university has flexible timings including morning, afternoon and evening classes. These positions are part-time and suit those candidates already resident and under sponsorship in Dubai.
